Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. Throughout the day, the engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and implement effective solutions is a key part of daily activities.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.

Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub.

Experience with integration techniques including REST and SOAP web services.

Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms to streamline application customization.

Ability to work with APIs to extend and enhance packaged application functionality.

Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve integration and configuration challenges.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
