Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.

Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization techniques.

Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and optimize data refresh processes.

Familiarity with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to extend functionality.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to packaged or software as a service applications.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

Qualification 15 years full time education
