Summary: In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating software releases to ensure seamless deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the solution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for packaged and SaaS application development.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
• Must to have Skills: Expertise in C# and Powershell.
• Good understanding of Az CLI, Az PowerShell, REST API.
• Hands on experience with Git, UML, BICEP/ARM is must.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Devops.
• Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET framework.
• In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and release management processes.
• Ability to integrate third-party services and APIs within packaged or SaaS solutions.
• Experience in setting and enforcing platform standards to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
