Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business goals.


Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

Strong knowledge of configuration management and integration techniques within packaged or software as a service environments.

Experience in managing release cycles and deployment processes to maintain system reliability.

Ability to define and enforce platform standards that ensure performance and compliance with vendor constraints.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across multiple teams.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse technical and business stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
