Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and experience with configuring and managing APIs and third-party service integrations.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that balance technical excellence with business and vendor constraints.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within distributed systems.

- The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week
