- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively within agile development environments and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
