Proficiency in ServiceNow.

Strong knowledge of platform configuration, customization, and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.

Experience managing software release cycles and deployment processes in cloud-based or packaged applications.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions that align with business and vendor requirements.

Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and responsiveness.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
