Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to define and implement best practices for platform configuration and release management.

Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Proficiency in DevOps.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and automation tools.

Ability to design scalable and reliable system architectures.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.

Competence in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
