Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Data Conversion, you will lead and manage the entire data conversion process for clients, ensuring the successful conversion of data into their Workday environment. You will utilize your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday packaged solution expertise to achieve client-expected business results.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Plan and Analyze Data Conversion: Plan, analyze, and scope data conversion projects, including EIB, to ensure efficient and effective data conversion and progressive enhancement of data quality.
• Design and Implement Solutions: Participate in design sessions to develop solutions that meet client needs and ensure successful rollout and post-implementation support.
• Deliver Client-Facing Results: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver data conversion solutions that meet their expectations.
• Manage Data Conversion Process: Manage the data conversion process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
• Support Post-Implementation: Provide post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to Data Conversion: Experience working with data conversion projects, including EIB, with a focus on planning, analysis, and scoping to ensure efficient and effective data conversion.
• Workday Packaged Solution Expertise: Exposure to Workday packaged solutions, with an understanding of how to leverage this expertise to achieve client-expected business results.
• Consulting Skills: Experience working in a consulting capacity, utilizing business knowledge and expertise to deliver client-facing results.
• Data Quality Enhancement: Exposure to methods and techniques for progressively enhancing data quality during the conversion process.
• Implementation and Support: Experience with implementing solutions and providing post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction.
