Role Overview Experience: 4-6 Years
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Onboarding 2.0 , Employee Central integration, and SuccessFactors implementation/support. The consultant will work closely with customers to understand business requirements, design appropriate solutions, and deliver effective SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Provide hands-on technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 .
- Configure and customize Onboarding solutions based on business requirements.
- Work on SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations and related processes.
- Support integration between SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central .
- Work with Onboarding features including:
- Onboarding Panels
- Compliance Forms
- Notifications
- Security Permissions
- Business Rules / Advanced Conditions
- MDF Objects

- Perform configurations and customizations within the Onboarding module.
- Participate in implementation and/or production support engagements.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate SuccessFactors solutions.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams throughout the implementation/support lifecycle.
- Contribute creatively to solution design and process improvements.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Certification
- Strong hands-on experience with Onboarding 2.0
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors Onboarding with Employee Central
- Hands-on experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central integration
- Strong knowledge of:
- Onboarding Panels
- Compliance Forms
- Notifications
- Security Permissions
- Business Rules / Advanced Conditions
- MDF Objects

- Experience in Onboarding customization
- Minimum 2 working engagements/projects involving implementation and/or support
- Strong customer-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills
