About this role
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Package Consultant: SAP HANA FIN FICA, you will implement and configure SAP HANA FIN FICA solutions for clients and serve as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions with the goal of achieving client expectations.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP HANA FIN FICA solutions to meet client needs, ensuring successful project delivery and high-quality results.
- Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations and leverage knowledge of the area.
- Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement comprehensive solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to ensure simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation.
- Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Utilize business and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving desired outcomes.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- SAP HANA FIN FICA Configuration: Experience with designing and configuring SAP HANA FIN FICA solutions to meet client needs, ensuring successful project delivery and high-quality results.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Experience in understanding and analyzing business requirements to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations and leverage knowledge of the area.
- Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience with utilizing business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions.
- Solution Development and Implementation: Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to ensure simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
- Industry Knowledge and Application: Experience with applying business and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving desired outcomes.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Deep SAP HANA FIN FICA Knowledge: Experience with designing and configuring SAP HANA FIN FICA solutions, including leveraging knowledge of the area to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations.
- Business Process Understanding: Experience in understanding and analyzing business requirements to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations and leverage knowledge of the area.
- Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience with utilizing business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions.
