About this role
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
As a Package Consultant: SAP HANA EPM, you will implement and configure SAP HANA solutions for clients, serving as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize your deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system to analyze business requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP HANA BPC, Embedded BPC, SAP HANA GR, and SAP HANA SAC for Planning solutions to meet client needs, leveraging business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise.
Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve client expectations, with a focus on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions.
Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
Lead Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation of solutions, utilizing business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to achieve client expectations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
SAP HANA Solution Expertise: Experience with SAP HANA BPC, Embedded BPC, SAP HANA GR, and SAP HANA SAC for Planning solutions, including design, configuration, and implementation to meet client needs.
Business Requirements Analysis: Experience in understanding and analyzing business requirements to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience with techno-functional solution expertise, leveraging business and industry knowledge, business processes to achieve client expectations.
Solution Implementation Leadership: Experience leading the implementation of solutions, utilizing business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to achieve client expectations.
Industry Knowledge: Experience working with business and industry knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
