Package Consultant - SAP CX

We are looking for an experienced SAP CX Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Customer Experience solutions for Utilities clients. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP CX implementations and a strong understanding of utility business processes and integration with SAP IS-U.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on SAP CX implementation projects for Utilities clients.
• Handle utility business processes, including move-in/move-out sequences, automated billing inquiries, complaints, payments, collections, and outage management.
• Manage integration between SAP CX and SAP IS-U.
• Work independently on project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 full implementation projects in SAP CX for Utilities clients.
• Strong knowledge of utility-specific business processes.
• Hands-on experience with move-in/move-out, billing inquiries, complaints, payments, collections, and outage management.
• Strong understanding of SAP IS-U integration.
• Excellent client stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables.
