About this role
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will specialize in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience. You will guide clients through the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, utilizing your expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Design and Implement Solutions: Develop tailored solutions to address clients' business needs by understanding their unique challenges and leveraging Salesforce's extensive offerings.
- Execute System Testing: Conduct system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure a successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
- Deliver Client-Facing Support: Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption.
- Apply Methodologies: Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
- Develop Training Programs: Create training programs to ensure successful user adoption and long-term usage of the implemented solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Salesforce CRM Solution Experience: Exposure to designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience, including understanding the Salesforce platform and its extensive offerings.
- Agile Methodology Knowledge: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with an understanding of how to apply them to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
- System Testing and Validation: Experience working with system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
- Business Analysis and Configuration: Exposure to guiding clients through business analysis, system configuration, and user adoption, developing tailored solutions to address their unique business needs.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Experience working within a software development lifecycle, utilizing methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- LWC Integration Experience: Exposure to building and integrating Lightning Web Components (LWC) with Salesforce CRM solutions to enhance user experience and provide customized solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Experience working with the Salesforce platform, including its extensive offerings, to develop tailored solutions addressing clients' unique business needs.
- Agile Methodology Application: Exposure to applying Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies in software development lifecycles to ensure smooth and efficient solution implementation.
