About this role
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Package Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will specialize in integrating Dynamics 365 modules into a client's business environment and be responsible for the selection, configuration, testing, and support of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations application. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Develop Functional Design Documents: Create detailed design documents that outline the functional requirements of the Dynamics 365 application, ensuring alignment with the client's business needs.
- Configure and Customize Application: Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 application to meet the client's business requirements, demonstrating out-of-box features and validating developed requirements.
- Perform Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis and requirement mapping to identify client needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Plan Master Data Preparation: Plan and prepare master data for the Dynamics 365 application, ensuring seamless integration with the client's business environment.
- Train Client Resources: Train the client's resources on the Dynamics 365 application, providing end-user manuals and conducting end-user training sessions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Lead design and deployment of Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS) in D365 F&O, integrating inbound, storage, outbound, and transportation processes across sites and legal entities.Key responsibilitiesDefine WMS operating model: reservation hierarchies, inventory statuses, location profiles, wave processing, work templates, location directives, mobile menu items, replenishment, cycle counting, and quality holds.Design pick/pack/ship flows (cluster, batch, wave label printing), ASN handling, cross-docking, license plates, containerization, and packing station.Integrate WMS with procurement, production, and sales; collaborate with TMS/3PL/carrier integrations (rate/shop, label, tracking).Optimize performance and throughput (wave strategies, load balancing, work priority, warehouse KPIs).Lead device rollout (Warehouse App), test labs, and change management; ensure physical and system inventory alignment.
equired experience & skills12+ years in supply chain/WMS; 8+ with D365 F&O Advanced WMS; 3+ large multi-site deployments.Mastery of WMS configuration, mobile workflows, and integration patterns (EDI/ASN, OData/DMF, event-driven).Strong knowledge of inventory costing/valuation impacts and quality management integration.Proficient with LCS, Azure DevOps, RSAT; able to blueprint and govern complex warehouse designs.

- Advanced Consulting Skills: Experience with developing and delivering tailored solutions to clients, leveraging expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to drive business outcomes.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific business processes and practices, enabling effective integration of Dynamics 365 modules into clients' business environments.
- Technical Documentation: Exposure to creating technical documentation, such as functional design documents, to support solution development and client understanding.
