    About this role


    Your role and responsibilities

    As a Package Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations, you will specialize in integrating Dynamics 365 modules into a client''s business environment and be responsible for the selection, configuration, testing, and support of the Dynamics 365 Finance Operations application. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.


    Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Configure and Customize Application: Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 application to meet the client''s business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

  2. Perform Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis and requirement mapping to identify client needs and develop functional design documents that meet those needs.

  3. Plan Master Data Preparation: Plan master data preparation and perform upgrade assessments to ensure successful implementation of the Dynamics 365 application.

  4. Develop and Deliver Training: Develop end-user manuals and conduct end-user training to ensure clients can effectively utilize the Dynamics 365 application.

  5. Validate and Test Solutions: Validate developed requirements, perform acceptance testing, and demonstrate out-of-box features to ensure solutions meet client needs.

  6. Experience with Dynamics 365 Configuration: Exposure to configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements, including integrating with existing systems and processes.

  7. Business Analysis and Requirement Mapping: Experience with conducting business analysis and requirement mapping to identify client needs and develop functional design documents.

  8. Master Data Preparation and Upgrade Assessments: Experience with planning master data preparation and performing upgrade assessments to ensure successful implementation of Dynamics 365 applications.

  9. Functional Design Document Development: Experience with developing functional design documents that meet client business requirements and support the implementation of Dynamics 365 applications.

  10. Application Testing and Validation: Experience with validating developed requirements, performing acceptance testing, and demonstrating out-of-box features to ensure solutions meet client needs.



    11. Preferred technical and professional experience

  11. Dynamics 365 Integration Knowledge: Exposure to integrating Dynamics 365 modules into a client''s business environment, including experience with data migration and system integration.

  12. Business Process Understanding: Experience working with business processes, including financial and operational processes, to understand client needs and develop solutions.

  13. Client Relationship Management: Exposure to managing client relationships, including experience with client communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
