We are an ISO certified Consulting Engineers located in Mumbai and catering to major MNC and EPC in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Chemical, Petrochemical and Heavy Industries by providing Design and Engineering Services in India and Overseas.

Position- EA to MD

Location-- Chembur Mumbai

Experience- Minimum 2 yrs in real estate Company

Industry- Real Estate

Executive & Administrative Support

- Manage the MDs calendar, travel, and communications.

- Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

- Maintain confidential records and ensure smooth office operations.

Event Coordination

- Liaise with external agencies and vendors for planning and executing events at project sites.

- Coordinate logistics, permissions, and on-site arrangements in collaboration with project teams.

- Ensure timely execution and post-event reporting.

Interdepartmental Coordination

- Follow up on tasks and deliverables assigned by the MD to various departments.

- Track progress, escalate delays, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

- Act as a communication bridge between the MD and department heads

Meeting Management

- Schedule and organize internal and external meetings.

- Capture accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) with clear action points and deadlines.

- Monitor follow-ups and ensure timely closure of action items.
