Monitoring and ensuring End to End closure of IDPMS outstanding

Monitoring and completing advance and direct services payments for IDPMS

Monitoring and Closing of all SB / BOE/ORM/IRM settlement activities on TRRACS

Monitoring of all EDPMS / IDPMS/TRRACS related authorizer level activities and clear pending entries

To ensure daily TRRACS activities of EDPMS / IDPMS/TRRACS files are completed without errors.

To provide accurate audit data requirements of IDPMS / EDPMS.

To ensure monthly /Quarterly mail reminders/monthly letters and follow up done with clients.

To handle all new transactions in TRRACS which are applicable due to new changes in FEMA 23(R)/2026-RB.

To handle client queries related to SB / BOE/ORM / IRM closures.

Maintaining strict TAT for regulatory requirements and maintain accuracy in data processing.
