Shift: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM
Positions: P2P Team Lead & Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage P2P and invoice processing activities.
• Lead and support the team to achieve SLA and quality targets.
• Handle invoice validation, vendor queries, and escalations.
• Monitor KPIs and support process improvements.
• Manage month-end activities, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Ensure compliance with audit, controls, and SOX requirements.
• Work on SAP for invoice processing and reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / P2P.
• SAP knowledge is mandatory.
• Team handling/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, vendor management, and month-end activities.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• BPO/Shared Services experience preferred.
