Summary:

As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will specialize in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organizations. Your role will involve assessing financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing accounts payable processes to enhance financial operations efficiency
• Analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
• Implementing financial systems and process automation to streamline operations and improve controls
• Leading teams in the execution of financial strategies and solutions for client engagements
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
• Developing and executing project plans, including budgeting and timelines, to meet client expectations
• Conducting financial statement analysis and preparation to support client decision-making
• Validating compliance with professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
