P2P COE Head

The P2P CoE Head will lead the Procure-to-Pay operations for the Welspun Group from its Global Capability Centre. This pivotal role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in building and scaling high-volume P2P operations within a captive GCC environment. The incumbent will be tasked with establishing a scalable, controlled, and digitally-enabled P2P Centre of Excellence that services multiple legal entities across diverse geographies. Ensuring compliance with statutory and MSME payment regulations is crucial, alongside safeguarding the Group's working capital and vendor relationships. The P2P CoE Head will hold single-point accountability for P2P service delivery, with a strategic vision to transition the function from traditional transaction processing to a touchless, analytics-driven operating model over a three-year horizon. This role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering against committed SLAs at benchmark cost-to-serve.
