P2P Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Skills:

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) / Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) processes.
• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of invoice and payment processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
• candidates should okay with Rotational or Night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and on time.
• Handle payment processing and vendor queries.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with AP policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and support month-end activities.
