P1 Analyst - FP&A

The Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) team at PayU supports business leaders with financial insights that enable informed decision-making, effective planning, and sustainable growth. The team works closely with multiple business functions across PayU s fintech ecosystem, including payments, lending, and other financial services. As part of the FPA team, you will gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and business performance tracking. You will work in a collaborative environment that values analytical thinking, attention to detail, continuous learning, and teamwork.

We are looking for a P1 Analyst - FPA to join our team in Mumbai. This is an entry-level opportunity for a motivated finance professional who is interested in developing a career in financial planning and analysis. In this role, you will support the team in preparing financial reports, analysing business performance, tracking budgets and forecasts, and generating insights for internal stakeholders. You will work with business and finance teams to collect, validate, and interpret financial data while developing a strong understanding of PayU s business and financial processes. The role is well suited for someone who is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment.
