Job Title: P&L Head Mumbai

Role Overview

We are hiring for a high-growth B2C startup seeking a P&L Head to lead and scale its Mumbai operations. The role involves end-to-end business ownership, revenue growth, team leadership, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Mumbai P&L, revenue targets, and overall business performance.
• Drive business growth and scale operations from an early stage.
• Build, manage, and expand the city operations team.
• Develop customer acquisition and lead-generation strategies with marketing teams.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and central teams to adapt business operations to local market needs.
• Build strategic partnerships and strengthen market presence.
• Identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 institute (IIM, ISB, or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in business leadership or P&L management.
• Proven track record of driving 10X or higher business growth.
• Experience in full P&L, city, or category ownership in B2C/D2C businesses.
• At least 50% of career experience in consumer-facing startups.
• Strong team leadership, business development, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred: Experience in city launches, operations-led businesses, consumer internet, or PropTech.
