• 25+ years of overall experience & relevant 20+years in P&C Insurance Brokerage industry
• Managing a span of 300 to 400+ resources Ability to meet deadlines & drive results.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to utilize and be proficient in broker management systems.
