About the Role
Looking for passionate individuals with a proven track record in Overseas Student counselling. Someone who is self-driven and can maintain relationships with students from the counselling throughout the admission process. Help students shortlist right fit courses and universities as per the admission requirements of various universities and other providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries via calls, emails and walk-ins
- Strong Verbal Communication and Counselling skills
- Manage student admissions, registrations, and documentation.
- Maintain student records and database management.
- Prepare reports related to admissions, inquiries, and student data.
- Target-oriented, confident and professional approach.
Candidate Requirement
- Minimum 3 yrs+ of work experience in student counselling.
- Proven track record of successful student visa approvals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Email communication)
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent follow-up, persuasion and lead conversion abilities.
- Supported marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
