Overseas Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas agents and partners for import/export shipments.
• Manage shipment bookings, pre-alerts, documentation and status updates.
• Liaise with overseas offices, customers, airlines/shipping lines and internal teams.
• Track shipments and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices and shipment reports.
• Maintain strong communication with overseas partners and ensure service levels are met.
• Support the Sales & Operations teams with quotations, routing and shipment-related information.
• Ensure accurate and timely system updates and MIS reporting.

Job Specification

• 5-8 Years | Freight Forwarding / Logistics
• Experience in freight forwarding / logistics, preferably handling international shipments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Air/Ocean freight and international shipping documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with overseas time zones.
