OutSystems Developer

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in reactive web applications, integrations, SQL, and application lifecycle management. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using OutSystems.
• Build reactive web and mobile applications.
• Develop reusable modules and components.
• Integrate applications with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
• Create and optimize SQL queries and database models.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
• Perform code reviews and follow OutSystems best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Support deployments using Service Center and LifeTime.
• Prepare technical documentation and unit test cases.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in OutSystems development.
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio.
• Experience in Reactive Web Applications.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong SQL and database design skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Service Center and LifeTime.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and JWT authentication.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud experience (AWS or Azure).
• Exposure to insurance, banking, or healthcare domains.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.

Good to Have:

• Experience with C# or Java.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Git and Azure DevOps/Jenkins.
• Experience in enterprise application development.
