Outsourcing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices and bills within SLA.
• Apply correct rates, tariffs and charges per contracts or rate cards.
• Validate source documents before billing.
• Resolve billing exceptions, rate mismatches and disputes with client and internal teams.
• Process credit notes, debit notes and re-bills.
• Reconcile billing data in the ERP and support month-end closing.
• Prepare MIS reports and follow client SOPs and compliance.
