Outsourced Services Accountant

We are seeking an Outsourced Property Accountant to join our Outsourced Services Accounting practice. This role will support real estate portfolios across commercial and residential properties, managing end-to-end accounting operations. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, monthly close processes, and preparation of financial reports including operating statements and cash flow statements. The candidate will ensure compliance with GAAP, manage fixed assets including depreciation and prepaid expenses, and support budget variance analysis for assigned properties.
