Outreach Officer - Fundraising Venues

CBM India Trust works to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and promote inclusion across communities. We are looking for Outreach Officers who can help expand our fundraising outreach in Bangalore.

You will play a key role in moving our fundraisers from streets to strategic, high-trust locations such as corporate parks, malls, metro stations, gated communities, airports, and exhibitions. This role combines relationship building, strategic outreach planning, and on-ground execution to enable ethical and effective donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire permissions for outreach at venues like corporates, malls, airports, and events
• Build and maintain relationships with venue partners and decision-makers
• Plan and execute outreach strategies aligned with fundraising goals
• Support and guide fundraising teams for effective donor engagement

You should have:

• Strong communication and networking skills
• Confidence in pitching proposals and engaging stakeholders
• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, CSR Outreach, Corporate Partnerships, or Event Management)
• A passion for social impact and ethical fundraising
• Willingness to travel locally

Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler (preferred) for local travel
  
• Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally inter-city
