Outreach Manager – Delhi NCR

Amity University

Position Overview

Amity University is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven and results-oriented Outreach Manager – Delhi NCR to

lead and strengthen the University's outreach initiatives across the Delhi-NCR region. The role will be responsible for

building strong relationships with schools, principals, counsellors, educators, education networks and other key

stakeholders to enhance Amity University's visibility, engagement and student recruitment pipeline.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and networking skills, a strong understanding of the

Delhi-NCR education ecosystem, and the ability to design and execute high-impact outreach programs that deliver

measurable institutional outcomes.

Role Objective

To establish Amity University as a preferred higher-education partner for schools across Delhi-NCR by building strong

institutional relationships, creating meaningful student engagement opportunities, generating a high-quality admissions

pipeline and delivering measurable outreach outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. School & Institutional Outreach

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, school groups, principals, vice principals, career

counsellors and senior educators across Delhi-NCR.

• Identify and establish partnerships with new schools and educational institutions.

• Develop and maintain a structured school engagement and outreach calendar covering the academic year.

• Organise and coordinate school visits, university visits, career sessions, seminars, workshops and interactive

student engagements.

• Build long-term institutional partnerships rather than one-time engagement opportunities.

2. Student & Parent Engagement

• Conduct and coordinate career guidance sessions, university presentations, counselling sessions, webinars and

student interaction programs.

• Effectively communicate Amity University's academic programs, career opportunities, campus facilities, international

exposure, scholarships and other offerings.

• Engage with prospective students and parents and ensure timely, structured follow-up.

• Identify high-potential schools and student segments for focused engagement.

3. Campus Visit & Experience Programs

• Drive school and campus visit programs for students and faculty from Delhi-NCR.

• Coordinate with internal academic and administrative teams to create meaningful and well-organized campus

experiences.

• Develop innovative engagement formats such as Skills of the Future sessions, faculty interactions, laboratory and

infrastructure visits, industry interactions, career discovery sessions, innovation and entrepreneurship workshops,

student experience programs and academic immersion activities.

4. Strategic Partnerships

• Build relationships with schools and school chains, education groups, career counsellors, coaching and academic

institutions, education associations, youth and student organisations, corporate and industry partners, and relevant

government and institutional stakeholders.

• Explore opportunities for MoUs, institutional collaborations, joint events and long-term engagement programs.

5. Outreach Campaigns & Events

• Plan and execute offline and online outreach campaigns across Delhi-NCR.

• Coordinate participation in education fairs, career fairs, conferences, exhibitions and student events.

• Develop innovative outreach initiatives to increase Amity University's engagement with schools and prospective

students.

• Ensure effective branding and professional representation of the University at external events.

6. Database, Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Maintain an accurate and updated database of schools, counsellors, principals and key stakeholders across

Delhi-NCR.

• Prepare regular weekly and monthly outreach reports with clear activity, engagement and outcome metrics.

• Analyse school-wise and area-wise performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• Monitor competitor universities and emerging trends in the higher-education market.

7. Team Coordination

• Coordinate with internal university departments to ensure smooth execution of outreach initiatives.

• Support and mentor outreach executives/coordinators, where applicable.

• Ensure consistent communication and professional representation of Amity University.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, Management or a related

discipline.

• A Master's degree / MBA will be an advantage.

Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in education outreach, institutional relations, admissions, business development, school

relations, marketing or a related field.

• Experience working with schools and educational institutions in Delhi-NCR will be strongly preferred.

• Candidates from universities, higher-education institutions, education companies or established school networks are

encouraged to apply.
