## Role Overview

We are looking for proactive, confident, and enthusiastic Outreach Interns to help expand Zero Search's reach by connecting with potential users, college placement cells, student communities, professionals, and relevant organizations.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, networking, relationship building, and exploring growth opportunities. IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF PLACEMENT CELL, THIS IS THE BEST OPPORTUNITY.

## Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential users, college placement cells, Training and Placement Officers (TPOs), student communities, and relevant organizations.

- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, social media, and other appropriate communication channels.

- Introduce Zero Search and communicate its features and benefits to potential users and partners.

- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, student groups, and other relevant communities.

- Generate leads and explore potential collaborations, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.

- Follow up with prospects and maintain records of outreach activities and responses.

- Track outreach performance, engagement, and lead conversion using spreadsheets or other assigned tools.

- Suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness, user registrations, and platform engagement.

- Coordinate with the team to achieve outreach goals and contribute to the company's growth.

## Requirements

• MUST HAVE GOOD NETWORK AMONGST STUDENTS, ACCESS TO JOB GROUPS, COLLEGE GROUPS

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Confidence in initiating conversations and connecting with new people.

- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and social media platforms.

- Good research, organizational, and follow-up skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel is an advantage.

No prior work experience is required. College students (1st,2nd or final year students) recent graduates, and freshers are encouraged to apply.
