Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing activities for the eye hospital
• Build relationships with local doctors, clinics, corporates and healthcare professionals
• Promote hospital services, eye-care facilities and specialty services
• Conduct regular field visits and generate awareness in the local community
• Identify new business development and referral opportunities
• Coordinate health camps, awareness programmes and promotional activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral doctors and institutions
• Support patient acquisition and hospital outreach initiatives
• Track marketing activities and maintain regular reports
• Coordinate with the hospital management and internal teams for marketing campaigns

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; Marketing/Healthcare Management qualification preferred
• Prior experience in hospital/healthcare marketing preferred
• Experience in eye hospital/ophthalmology marketing will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good knowledge of local market and healthcare network
• Confident and comfortable with field visits
• Presentable, energetic and target-oriented professional
