Outreach Associate

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Engage with alumni through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to build relationships and drive participation.
• Identify and convert alumni into placement and referral opportunities for students and institutions.
• Pitch fundraising campaigns, influence and negotiate contributions, and drive participation.
• Identify alumni with mentorship potential and convert conversations into meaningful mentorship outcomes.
• Own the outreach-to-conversion journey through consistent follow-ups and personalised engagement.
• Track outreach, conversion metrics, and outcomes through dashboards and data.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with sales conversations.
• Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on conversions and measurable outcomes.
