Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and high-quality customer experience.
• Accurately manage customer orders and POS transactions.
• Prepare and serve products in accordance with defined SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Support daily store operations, including stock handling and replenishment.
• Collaborate effectively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirement

• 12th pass or graduate; freshers are welcome.
• Candidate should be 18+.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
