Outlet Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Outlet Managers to oversee operations, lead our team, and boost profitability!

Locations: Panvel, Mumbai Central, Goregaon, Versova, Chakala, Kanakia, Borivali, Kandivali

What Youll Do:

• Run Operations: Manage daily openings, staff rosters, and cash tallying.
• Drive Sales: Maximize revenue, update Swiggy/Zomato, and minimize returns.
• Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to handle peak season pressure.
• Manage Stock: Track inventory handovers and eliminate expired/damaged products.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure top-tier hygiene, customer satisfaction, and equipment maintenance.

What We Need:

• 2+ years experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, daily reporting, and food delivery apps.
