Outdoor Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Sales & Business Growth: Own P&L, revenue, margins, growth strategy, and expansion across retail, HORECA, real estate, architects, and e-commerce channels.
• Market Expansion: Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and franchise networks across India/assigned regions.
• Product & Category Management: Drive outdoor furniture product development, pricing, positioning, and product roadmap based on market and competitor trends.
• Client & Project Management: Manage B2B relationships and large institutional/contract projects with hotels, resorts, architects, designers, and real estate developers.
• Team Leadership: Build, train, and lead sales & operations teams; establish KPIs and drive performance.
• Marketing & Brand: Coordinate catalogues, showrooms, exhibitions, and trade events while representing the brand professionally.
• Operations & Supply Chain: Coordinate with manufacturing and vendors for production, inventory, quality, logistics, and cost control.
• After-Sales: Ensure timely project execution, quality standards, customer satisfaction, and effective after-sales support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master`s in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in outdoor furniture, furniture, retail, HORECA, or related industry
