Outbound Sales Specialist

Role Description The Outbound Sales Specialist is a full-time, remote role. This role involves conducting outbound calls and outreach to prospective customers, qualifying leads, and nurturing them through the sales pipeline. The specialist will present the company's solutions, address prospect questions, and schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and sales approaches. The role also includes meeting individual and team targets, providing feedback on market responses, and contributing to continuous improvement of outbound sales processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Outbound Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and build long-term relationships.
• Relevant experience in B2B SaaS, AI, analytics, or technology sales is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong organization and time-management skills.
• Comfort using CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and basic office productivity software.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
