Outbound Sales Specialist

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience in international outbound sales, inside sales (no customer support).
• Comfortable making cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Clear, neutral, and confident spoken English suitable for global markets.
• Strong objection-handling and conversational selling skills.
• Ability to follow structured scripts while sounding natural and authentic.
• Comfortable using CRM or ticketing tools (Zendesk experience is a plus).
• Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejection.
• Willingness to work aligned to APAC/US business hours.

Must-Haves:

• International Voice Process / International Telesales.
• Outbound Calling / Cold Calling.
• Lead Generation / Sales Experience (US/UK/APAC Customers).
• Excellent English Communication.
• Comfortable Working in Night Shift (US) or Morning Shift (APAC).
