Shift: Only day shift (Working window) 8 AM till 9 PM any 9 hours of shift.
Working days: 6 days

*Job Summary*
We are hiring energetic and communication-savvy candidates for the role of Outbound Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for contacting potential/existing customers, explaining products or services, resolving basic queries, and driving sales conversions. This is a sales-oriented voice process based out of our Kolkata office.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Make outbound calls of customers.
- services clearly and handle customer objections
- Achieve daily/weekly individual performance
- Maintain customer data and update call outcomes in the system
- Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
- Coordinate with team leads for feedback and performance improvement
*Eligibility Criteria*
*Education: * 12th Pass or Graduate
*Experience: * Freshers can apply
*Language: * Must be fluent in English + Hindi *Skills: * Good communication, basic computer knowledge, willingness to work in a flexible shifts environment having great translation skill.
