Experience Required: 6 months 1 year in International BPO
Communication Level: B2h or above
24/7 Rotational Shifts with 2 weekly offs
Outbound voice Process
Upselling, Retention, Tech Sales, Cross-selling, Troubleshooting, Account Resolution, Voice and Chat experience required
Salary: depends on last drawn max 4 LPA
