Purpose:

To achieve sales targets by making effective sales presentations in a venue setting; to maintain high standards of service quality and attract and convert leads shared by the organization.

Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities

• Meet targets on Revival business, productivity and quality.
• Make Outbound call to customers to revive the existing insurance policy by connecting with the customer to pay the outstanding premium.
• Provide complete and correct information on the product purchased by the customer, if asked by the customer.
• Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including successful receipt of customer premium payment.
• Adherence to Information security guidelines & quality process norms.
