Outbound GTM Engineer (Freelance)

We're Hiring: AI-First Outbound / GTM Engineer | Freelance

Flowace is looking for a hands-on AI-First Outbound / GTM Engineer to build and operate our outbound engine from the ground up.

This is not a traditional SDR or lead generation role.

Outbound at Flowace is currently at the 0→1 stage. We have limited infrastructure today, and we're looking for someone who can build the complete system — from ICP, data and signals to automation, multi-channel plays, routing, dashboards and attribution — and then operate it.

If you've built an outbound system from zero before, this role is for you.

What you'll own

You will be responsible for:

• ICP & TAM: Validate our ICP, map and prioritise TAM, and build account scoring.
• Outbound infrastructure: Set up secondary domains, mailboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, volume limits and deliverability monitoring.
• Data & enrichment: Build and maintain target lists using waterfall enrichment, deduplication and verification.
• Signal layer: Build triggers that identify when an account should be contacted, not just who to contact.
• Multi-channel plays: Build plays across Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls, tied to specific signals and segments.
• CRM & routing: Connect everything to HubSpot, automate lead routing and ensure replies are handled within SLA.
• Dashboards & attribution: Track sends, deliverability, replies, meetings and pipeline by play and segment.
• Operate the loop: Daily reply triage, list refresh, message iteration and data-driven kill/scale decisions

What does AI-first mean at Flowace

We don't mean simply using ChatGPT to write emails.

We expect you to be comfortable building systems that can detect qualified triggers → enrich the account and buyer → select the right play → create the next action, while keeping human judgment in the loop.

We care about what you've built, not just which tools you've used.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in outbound, growth or GTM engineering.
• You have personally built at least one outbound system from zero — including domains, warmup, data layer and signals.
• Strong ownership mindset — you'll scope it, build it and fix it.
• Ability to respond to prospect replies the same day.
• Comfortable working independently for 4 focused hours/day.
• Strong understanding of positioning — Flowace is a productivity platform, not employee surveillance.
• Individual freelancers only. No agencies/subcontracting.

• Bounce rate under 2%
• Spam complaint rate under 0.1%
• Improving positive reply rate
• Qualified meetings booked
• Pipeline sourced and attributable by play

Location: Remote — India timezone overlap required

We'll go deep into your assignment and pressure-test your thinking.

4⃣ 2-Week Paid Trial

You'll work on the actual infrastructure setup and first segment build against defined milestones.

5⃣ Engagement Begins

Successful completion of the trial moves into the ongoing freelance engagement.
