Outbound Calling Agent

We are looking for a skilled Outbound Calling Agent to join our team at Objexive, with 9 months-4 years of experience in outbound calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle outbound calls to clients and provide information about products or services.
• Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved.

• Minimum 9 months of experience in outbound calling or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tools is beneficial.
