Otc Team Lead

Role Description

• Understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and associated technology platforms

• Extended Cash Application knowledge

• Experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries / business units

Key Responsibilities

• Manage O2C Cash Application team (approx. 10 team members)  

• Manage O2C team and processes - ensure efficiency and quality of work produced

• Coach, mentor and support development of team members, recognize key employees

• Perform regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members

• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives within the O2C function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine. Form a strong collaborative

relationship with Global Process Owner

• Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes

• Drive strategy framework for O2C influencing short-term and long-term perspective  

• Build strong relationship with key stakeholders within Controlling and Business Units

Experience :

• Overall 6+ years of experience within Order to Cash process (Cash application knowledge is a must)

• Overall 3+ years of experience in the leadership role (total 9+ years of experience)

• Strong accounting background

• Prior experience in finance & accounting functions in a shared services environment

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Very good command of English

• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office
