Role Description This is a full-time, on-site OTC AR Analyst role based in the Mysore division, offering a compensation of approximately 5.5 LPA for candidates with at least 3 years of experience. The role involves managing the order-to-cash accounts receivable cycle, including accurate billing, timely invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation. The OTC AR Analyst will monitor outstanding receivables, identify discrepancies, analyze customer accounts, and support collections to ensure healthy cash flow. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal finance and operations teams, communicating with clients regarding invoices and payments, and preparing regular reports on AR status and aging. The role also requires adherence to company policies, process improvement initiatives, and maintaining data integrity in financial systems.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Billing Process and Invoicing skills to manage end-to-end OTC and AR activities accurately.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and experience in accounting principles relevant to accounts receivable.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external customers.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in OTC, AR, or related finance roles, preferably in a corporate or shared services environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems) is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Mysore, meet deadlines consistently, and maintain high attention to detail and accuracy.
