OTA Listing & Quality Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update hotel/property listings across OTA platforms.
• Ensure accurate information is maintained for property details, rooms, amenities, policies, images, and other listing requirements.
• Conduct quality checks of newly onboard and existing properties as per defined requirements.
• Identify listing errors, quality gaps, and non-compliance and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
• Maintain daily trackers and ensure all required information is updated accurately and on time.
• Follow up on pending listing and quality-related issues until closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Business Development, and Customer Support.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to defined processes and SOPs.
• Support the team in improving listing quality and overall customer experience.
