Role: OT Staff - Hair Transplant
We are looking for OT Staff to support the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre during hair transplant procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the OT before hair transplant procedures.
- Ensure proper sterilization of OT instruments and equipment as per protocols.
- Arrange and maintain required OT supplies and consumables.
- Load and arrange supplies required for the hair transplant process.
- Ensure the OT is properly cleaned, organized, and ready before each procedure.
- Assist with OT preparation, pack-up, and post-procedure cleaning.
- Maintain proper hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control standards.
- Check availability of required instruments, consumables, and supplies.
- Coordinate with the clinical team regarding OT requirements.
- Maintain proper handling and storage of OT equipment and supplies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in OT setup, sterilization, or clinical/OT support will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant OT Technician/Paramedical backgrounds can apply.
- Good understanding of hygiene and sterilization protocols.
- Ability to work for 10-hour shifts.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory.
- Good discipline, coordination, and attention to detail.
