Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during operations by preparing equipment, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean operating environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the doctor or anesthesiologist.
- Provide post-operative care to patients, including administering medications and changing dressings as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth functioning of the operation theatre (OT).
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in an OT setting as a scrub nurse or equivalent role.
- B.Sc / DGNM / GNM Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of orthopedics surgery procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with medical teams.
